Syra from the Philippines was SO nice!!

Hi my name is Jenelle and I requested a call back between 6am-6:30am and received a call back exactly at 6am which was awesome! I got the pleasure of working with Syra on my service. She was so incredibly upbeat and happy to to help. She fixed problems that I hadn't even brought up yet, she adjusted my bill to find me a new package to speed up my Internet and helped me trouble shoot my service. She was so patient with me and so kind! Best customer service experience I've ever had with Xfinity. Syra you're awesome! So pleasant talking to her and a great start to my day :)
