Survey for recent help

Want to give a huge thankyou yo manpreet they were the nicest, agent, they were very understanding and helpful and patient with me. Didn't end the chat or get rude or anything. It helped me with getting my bill. Do they change once I moved as well as explain that I had a previous balance that I didn't know about from what I called other agents or messaged? When I transferred services, I've been a customer for over 8 years. And just barely moved and I just really appreciate them for helping me and just want to get a survey for them. So they can get good feedback.
