Stolen phone. Horrible service. Nobody ever helps and just transfers you around.

Xfinity does not take care of their customers. I bought a new iphone 17 pro. In fedex's care, the phone was stolen and I was given a partially open and empty box from the delivery guy. I asked xfinity if they could just send a new phone over. They wouldn't and said i had to cancel it through their services team and re order a new one. After re ordering a new phone I was going to be charged again despite my situation. I asked for a refund for the first phone so I could purchase the second phone and they wouldn't do that either. Told me I had to file a police report first even though the phone was never in my care or possession. Xfinity is keeping my money despite not providing a phone and service I paid for. It should not be this hard to get a replacement phone and would've been an easier solution. I am now currently waiting for the investigation thats been happening for a week and still no word or ecm ticket from xfinity or FedEx. This was not a problem i created and yet I am the one jumping through hoops cleaning up this mess

It is also frustrating getting phone calls on why I haven't activated my phone yet. No one ever seems to know what is going on and I have to repeatedly tell them my situation.
