I’m not sure how to contact someone but Lucy in the support chat really helped me out today (01/22/24 around 9am central time) and was so polite and patient and answered all my questions! I had a small billing issue she was able to resolve and I didn’t get the questionnaire option after I ended the chat. Thanks, Lucy!
