Send praise to chat agent / app didn’t let me
Hi! The Xfinity app didn’t let me fill out a survey for a customer service rep after my chat with them. Where can I submity praise so this rep and his team know what an excellent job he is doing? His name is Usman and he went above and beyond to help me in the most attentive, thoughtful, and kind way imaginable.
