Sarah was Great

So let me first say. We transferred our phone service from T-Mobile to Xfinity because of what we were sold in a store in Charlottesville, VA. We were told that our phones would only be a specific amount of money each month because we were. Transferring from T-Mobile to Xfinity. Now we notice the first bill. That this was not the case. We called and spoke with several people. Over a month. On the customer service phone line and chatted. With several people on customer service chat on the website. And we returned to the store to try and fix this issue. with no resolution.  It took. Sarah, who was here in the US, not in some other foreign call center. To understand what was going on. She. Contacted the Xfinity Mobile people. She explained the issue with there team. And they fixed the issue. Now. My question is why couldn't the other four to six people that I talked to over a month period and especially the last one before I talked to Sarah. they continuously tried to sell me an iPhone Watch instead of fixing the issue, that I was chatting about? OH, and then they tried to access my account like 5 times because I ended up getting 5 codes sent to my phone rapid fire within less than 30 seconds. Xfinity do better? To the CEO of Xfinity. Come into the office and do your job and make sure the people below you are doing their job and the people below them are doing their jobs. And maybe put some call centers here in the US. So that we can speak to people that understand what we're saying, and not using a script. I honestly have no problem with the people in the Philippines. Really, nice people. I'm even married to a Filipino great people.  And if they were allowed to speak? Their language when? My wife spoke to them. We might have actually, gotten this fixed. Although. I guess I'll never know. Again, to Sarah, thank you. To the CEO of Xfinity. She deserves a raise or a bonus, something. She took the time, she did what needed to be done, and she understood it. This is the kind of person you should have working for you. Thank you. Have a wonderful day.
