Review of Customer Service Interaction 03-23-2026
I recently called Xfinity to have my service disconnected due to unfortunate circumstances. I recently lost my job and will be living out of my vehicle, and subsequently, don't need internet services right now. I spoke on the phone with Chris, and I wanted to leave him a fantastic review, but I hung up the phone when I dropped my phone on accident near the end of the call.
Chris was exceptionally professional, courteous, and helpful. He was a great listener, empathetic, and worked with some of his colleagues to reduce my last bill as a token of gratitude for my years with Xfinity. I don't know what else to say, other than that Chris went above and beyond both with the purpose of my call and also by being so empathetic and kind.
I hope that when the time comes to reconnect my Xfinity service, that I can deal with Chris. I hope he is recognized for his amazing work and emotional intelligence.
