Praise for Support person

Yesterday I worked for quite a while with Vince trying to resolve issues with my TV not connecting.  Vince was patient with me since I’m not technically savvy.  He never waivered from being very calm, polite and helpful.  If I ever have another issue I would hope I get him to be my support person.
