Praise for Support Employee: Gritik
Hello, my post here maybe a bit different from others.
I had a wonderful experience working with this person via chat support as I've went through roughly 12 hours with previous chat support through various issues.
However, Gritik was able to handle and resolve the issue (both for the E-SIM and the charge to the account) in roughly 20 minutes.
I hope Management/Quality get to see this as I wasn't able to fill out a survey - They are not popping up for me in the end screen window - and I work in IT Management, so I assume the Surveys are tied to salary hikes or bonuses for the employees and wanted to post my appreciation here with hopes this would help them in such endeavors or end of Fiscal Year conversations.
I tried opening another chat support to see how I could fill out a survey for them but alas it didn't work.
Thank you for your assistance and I hope this contributes to something further in your pocket in the days to come.
