Praise for Matma, Customer Service Extrodinaire

I used the xfinity app to chat with Matma on April 14th for an issue I had on customer account number XXXXXXXXXXXX9610. Matma gave me the best customer service I have ever received. I am unsure if I filled out the survey correctly, but I am coming here because Matma deserves praise and accolades for the way they handled my questions. 

After several years of having xfinity, I have had to contact for support many times. No one has come close to providing the service that Matma did. 

They were with me through it all. Matma had patience, was kind, and made me feel extremely valued as a customer. 

As someone who works in Admin work myself, I truly appreciate the skill Matma brought to this interaction. Please make sure to send Matma and their boss this compliment. Truly outstanding job. They deserve employee of the month.
