Positive Experience

I had a very positive live chat experience today where the agent, Vaishali, helped me set up a new device and take advantage of the latest deals. She was also wonderful to chat with while waiting for the setup. I fully intended to leave a positive 10/10 rating at the end of the live chat, but my Xfinity app glitched after I ended the conversation, and I didn't have the chance to leave a rating. I would appreciate it if you could please pass on my compliment, and I hope this will serve as a positive rating for her. Thanks.
