Positive Experience with Punit

I wanted to recognize the EXCELLENT costumer service provided by Punit on an internet outage call (Sunday, Sep. 8, 4:09 PM CDT, GMT-5). He went above & beyond, was extremely kind & patient, and a pleasure to deal with. I really wanted to commend his work to his supervisors. Is there a way for me to do this directly? I had opted out of customer feedback surveys and did not get one.
