I want to give appreciation to one of your customer service agents named Prachi! He was absolutely patient and welcoming with me and continued to put a smile on my face! He deserves lots of attention for how well he is at handling problems, he even helped me find a better plan at a better price! I hope today goes very well and he keeps up the great work!
