Outstanding Support from Agent Lakshya :)

I intended on filling out a customer service survey after receiving great help for my recent order, but the Xfinity AI Assistant didn't register my response to the 1-10 rating question and I'm worried that it wasn't recorded. Since there doesn't seem to be a better way to do this, I just wanted to share that I had a pending order canceled and a great deal given promptly, professionally, and very helpfully, and I would hate for Lakshya to not get the recognition they deserve for assisting me.
