Outstanding Customer Service

I recently spoke with an Xfinity customer service agent named Malani (I believe she is based in Alabama), and I wanted to take a moment to recognize her outstanding service.

So often we hear about the negatives in customer service, but Malani truly stood out. She was kind, patient, and genuinely attentive to my needs. In a time when customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, Malani took the time to truly help and made the entire experience a positive one.

She represents the very best of what customer service should be, and I hope this feedback reaches her and her leadership team. She absolutely deserves recognition for her professionalism, kindness, and dedication.
