Outstanding Customer Service Rep

Please accept my sincere gratitude to outstanding customer service representative, Paul Tangan, for helping me reset my Internet connection and change payment method. Paul was VERY patient with me and gave me clear instructions on how to use my phone to navigate Xfinity website. My phone connection was not good and I hate to use my phone to conduct business (prefer computer). That is why I really appreciate his expertise, directions, resourcefulness and PATIENCE. He assured me that he would stay with me on the phone until my problems were solved. Paul brought me out of the panic of losing Internet connection for my job. His technical trouble shooting skills translated into emotional support to customers. Thank you very much, Paul Tangan!
