Outstanding and prompt service

My girlfriend and I have just moved into a new apartment and I was helped on the phone by Destiny to set up and purchase our package as well as in store by Vida in Framingham. Both were exceptionally kind and patient, not to mention helpful! 

Destiny took the time to make sure we got the right plan, and helped answer my questions.

Later THAT SAME DAY, only about 20 minutes later, I went to the Framingham location and first saw a long line of people waiting. At first I was a bit phased and thought “I had better set up an appointment for tomorrow, no big deal.” As I confirmed the appointment (which was also quick and easy to do btw), Vida came over to help me, check me in, and told me it would be only a minute.

I have my router and am in my car, one of Xfinity’s newest and happiest customers. I want to give a huge shoutout to both women who helped me today, they’re fantastic and I wish them nothing but the best!
