Orleans Xfinity office

My old owned router and modem needed to be replaced. I saw Xfinity advertising for new plans that included the hardware and would cost less than I was currently paying them. Xiomara [Edited: "Personal Information"] was my customer service representative at the Orleans MA office. She was personable, pleasant and informative. Xiomara pointed out that in addition to getting the new modem/router I would also be getting twice the speed that I had on my old plan. Last time I had this great an experience at Xfinity it was with Christina [Edited: "Personal Information"]. The hardware was very easy to set up with clear instructions on the Xfinity app.
