New Modem Service Appointment

Dusty was awesome. He went above and beyond. He came just to install a new modem and he did some tests and found out that we had a bad line/connection/port outside and also needed and upgraded ground and box outside which he installed. He upgraded our modem, cabel box, and remote. He was very nice, personable, and thorough. Our internet is very fast now and I can get Disney+ now!! I wasn't previously happy with the first tech on the chat i spoke with. The second tech on chat was better and reduced my bill like $30. Between him and Dusty you guys have made things right again. Thank you.
