Napoleon is awesome

I just got off a live chat with Napoleon and was highly satisfied with my service. He was very nice, communicated clearly and had my wifi upgraded promptly. I was going to finish the survey after the chat ended but it would not let me scroll down to submit so I just wanted to let Napoleon know how much I appreciated them :)
