Move cable box

I have a main cable box in my yard that I need to have removed. I have lived in this house for 22 years. I have comcast techs walking in and out of my fenced property at any given time without notice. I have techs jumping my fencing. One tech broke it and almost got hurt. They leave the box wide open with lots of  wires exposed. Enough. This box has to be moved.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We do apologize for any inconvenience. Our techs do have what's called easement rights to be able to access the Xfinity pedestal located near or on your property.

Those pedestals provide Xfinity services for the locations in your neighborhood to connect customers to our network.

We're more than happy to email our local technician/construction team to see if there is a possibility to relocate the pedestal to a different location

Please send us a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.
  3. Click the “Start new conversation” (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the “To:" line, type “Xfinity Support”.
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.
  6. An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press “Enter” to send it.
