more so just a chat issue matter rateing don't work after you end chat after talking too a rep ;)

more so when you click end chat i noticed it doeisnt pop up leaving a rateing any more for the rep.   i always leave a good one when a rep solved my issue but tonight i noticed it just doeisnt work even the 2nd time i contacted another rep they told me just leave the last rep name and do a rateing.   nope didn't work.

But anyways the rep i want to give a rateing for was  SURAJ   solved my issue by giving the 10$ credit that i wasint getting for months auto for auto pay always had too contact a rep once a month.  

wanted too give the rep 10 stars ;)  

Just wanted too report this and hopefully the rep gets the rateing ;)
