mohammed, my savior

i recently had a discrepancy with my wifi bill, and mohammed, the man the myth the legend came to my assistance. this man was the most respectful, patient worker i've ever had the honor of speaking to. it's a shame the survey pop up never showed up, but i had to at least leave a review. now my wifi bill is correct and i couldn't be happier. god bless his soul, he's the goat.
