Miracle worked for DVR Upgrade service thank you sales from yesterday :)
My husband and I watch a lot of TV in the fall and with the new shows coming on TV on a lot of the channels exceed the default 20 hour cloud limit. So I called to get the 150 hours and I spoke to someone on the phone whom I cannot remember but they were encountering issues with adding on the storage at first as it was giving them an error. They said we did not have a box with a mechanical drive inside or something which was part of the reason why it was throwing back errors at them. But whomever I spoke to found a workaround and was able to expand the cloud storage to 150 hours without having to go to the store and get another box. The whole conversation was very pleasant overall and it was done in ample time.
They did tell me that I could add on televisions for free with the Xfinity Streaming app and gave me the spiele about the free mobile line I could claim but I told them I was not interested in any other add ons or changes at the time and he respected that.
So thanks again for making things great once again I appreciate it.
