Mike at the Pottstown Pa, Upland Square store should be commended for the level of customer service he provided to me today. He welcomed me and offered a bottle of water. He was so kind, patient, and worked hard to help me get resolution for an issue I am having with my Apple Watch. He spent an extended amount of time on the phone pleading on my behalf. You just don’t find this level of customer service very often these days. This young man should be applauded for his efforts. He is well deserving of a raise! Thank you so much Mike for being so patient in a complicated situation!
