Md is a fabulous chat agent
Spoke to an agent after hours of heinous run around with the automated robot system. Md was the agent and was fabulous, truely very helpful. I wasn’t given a survey after my chat with them, so i wanted to make sure to send feedback somewhere that they were a 10/10.
