Making it right!

I just recently move back to back my account was a mess after several calls, technician sent to previous address alot to take on during 2moves. I was very lucky to come across Tandica she was very understanding, I explain my situation she got my bill straight because I was already calling to end my service after 6 yrs. She looked for reasonable rates on my internet service & explain how the next bill was going to show before the credits. I say she should be training the new comers. It's great to just make 1 call & fix the situation xfinity you need more Tandicas on your call center Team!
