Lost Phone in warehouse

Hello-  I recently ordered a new phone replacement through Xfinity mobile- the phone had the wrong shipping address and got sent back to warehouse. It has been sitting in the warehouse without being scanned back in for 3 weeks now and  I am not able to get a new phone beacause that specific one is already assigned to my EISM number. What can I do to get this overrided and get a new phone- I have spent hours on line, on the phone and at the store without any luck.
