Local Xfinity representative

I had to stop into my local store, 824 E Pittsburgh St, Greensburg, PA 15601, for a new modem as I’ve been experiencing issues with my old one. Matthew was so helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. I barely had to lift a finger. I gave him my phone number and he took the wheel. Gave me all the information for setting up my new modem and everything. I asked how long he was with the company and he said eight years! It really shows. His compassion shines through and he truly enjoys helping others. I haven’t had such a good experience anywhere else. This man needs a raise!!!
