Leaving a Review

I wanted to leave a review to the agent Sadique I spoke to on Xfinity Assistant, but it restarted the chat before I got a chance to. They were incredibly helpful with both my requests, and took the time to actually solve both issues unlike the rep prior. Is there a link I can go to to leave an official review?

I was trying to leave feedback! I have been trying to hook internet and mobile service since 2am this morning! Every employee has went above and beyond to make sure every single issue was addressed. It is so refreshing to have employees that are so nice and helpful! In this day and time I could not let it go without telling somebody!! Thank you all again!

my internet connection is always terrible.  It comes in and out, It freezes constantly.  every single day I deal with this and I really am getting sick and tired of It.

what other cable options have others explored?

The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments. Please create a new topic of your own in the Home Networking help section detailing your issue. Thanks. For future reference, it is better to submit your own post as it creates a ticket to get help, and posting on someone else's older thread can delay getting help.  4-month-old dead thread is now being closed.
