Kudos to [Edited] in Billing

Hello,
[Edited: "Personal Information"] was an excellent agent. I was having a hard day and they turned it around and made it a good day. I was eager to give an excellent feedback survey. However, it did not populate in my window. I wanted to make sure that [Edited: "Personal Information"] got the highest of praises. It was my best experience with any chat agent of ANY company. Please consider this a review of 10 out of 10 stars for [Edited: "Personal Information"]. They truly deserve it and earned it.
