John came to install our fiber optic here at Venetian Golf & River Club. He was so very patient and professional plus he told us what we needed extra for our Bose to work, then told us he’d come back and make sure it was all working properly, which he promptly did! Way above and beyond. Just a genuine, nice guy who cares a great deal about his work and people!
