JOE DESERVE A COMPLIMENT AND RAISE WITH HIS EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.

I wanted to give a compliment to the customer service representative I spoke with this afternoon around 3:30 PM Boston time. He works in the Iloilo office in the Philippines. His name is Joe. He truly deserves recognition and a raise. I was planning to cancel my account because it was too expensive for me, but he helped me find a way to afford it. I was very satisfied with his service. He even assisted me in updating my surname on my account since I have changed my last name to my birth name. He brightened my day; he’s like sunshine that brings me happiness and a sense of home. It’s not easy being far from loved ones and my homeland, but today I felt much closer to home because of his exceptional service.
