Jack and Kiro

This is a very delayed review, but Jack and Kiro did such a fantastic job helping me that I can’t not leave them a review. I had been having the most frustrating time trying to pay  my boyfriend’s account. We have the same address so agents continued to tell me I don’t have a balance. I felt like I was communicating to a brick wall trying to explain to multiple agents that it was not MY account but my boyfriends with the same address. It took me about a week of attempting to pay but getting too extremely frustrated to continue and would give up… that is until I got connected with Jack and Kiro. I was fully prepared to be super [Edited: "Language"] with customer service but they were so kind that I couldn’t even be mad. They completely flipped my mood around. They understood what I was trying to do and I was FINALLY able to pay that balance and close that account. I highly recommend Jack and Kiro. If I could request a customer service agent to speak with every time, then it would be them. THANK YOU JACK AND THANK YOU KIRO! The rest of the agents need some major training….
