Xfinity transferred my internet from my old address to new address and my new address is not showing up in my login. I'm unable to activate my subscriptions though I'm getting billed for Gigabit internet.
I have connected with 4 customer service reps so far and no one has been able to resolve this. This has been going on for a month now. If you don't give me a resolution in 2 days, I will cancel and move to ATT. This is ridiculous.
You enabled auto-pay and using my credit card to charge but I don't have a portal to view/ cancel or update my payment methods. Are we living in stone age?
