I would like to thank Pratiksha and Anujeet - two live chat agents - two agents who have been helpful during the stressful process

As many people are complaining here, I was suffering my entire afternoon to deal with my increased bill and talking to countless live agents only to be transferred endlessly, get no call backs despite the promise, and failing to talk to a real person despite calling the customer service.

Just in the last hour, I got connected to Anujeet, who finally did not transfer me but helped me fix with a new plan. But during the half way, internet got disconnected and I lost it. In desperation, I tried reconnected but failed. It was then I got connected to Pratiksha, who did an amazing job to confirm on my new plan and helped me solve all my problems. 

I think I got connected to more than 10 live agents today and these were the only ones who were fast - considerate- and actually helpful.

I truly believe we need to credit these hardworking live agents more and also have a mechanism to sort those lazy ones who keep on transferring you without being much help. 

And please put a real person back to customer line please.
