I was to recognize a tech assistant for excellent service
I had an issue with my internet and xb8. I was able to get to a tech in person and was able to resolve my issues. Hemanth was excellent! Very patient and knowledgeable! We were in the phone for over an hour but were able to resolve my issues, time well spent. Thank you, Hemanth! Best tech call I’ve ever had!
