I wanted to leave a review for my technician.

Alan came out to North Ogden today to help troubleshoot my internet issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. My internet had been dropping intermittently, and Alan was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and patient throughout the entire visit.

He systematically checked everything—from the cable lines, modem, TV box, and connections inside the house to the cable equipment at the street—to pinpoint the root cause. It turned out my modem was older, and after I had split my Wi-Fi into separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks, it began causing inconsistent internet connectivity.

Alan replaced my modem, walked me through the setup process, and took the time to clearly explain what had happened, what to watch for in the future, and how to track the times if the issue ever returns. He never made me feel rushed and was genuinely kind and professional the entire time.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service I received today. A special thank you to Alan for going above and beyond to resolve my issue. His expertise, professionalism, and excellent customer service are greatly appreciated!
