My name is Rebecca [Edited: "Personal Information"], I receive your service at[Edited: "Personal Information"] during the summer months. I have my cable T.V., internet and landline phone through you and have for years. My account number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Every year I have to start full service when I'm going to be there and then, when I'm leaving for Florida for the winter months, start the seasonal plan. I always dread because I have had trouble doing. When I call, I get an automated voice that will not let me get through to a person to help me. This is so frustrating!!! I have tried to do online also and that too has been difficult. Today I needed to start the seasonal plan so I tried online, but I was not sure what to say "Yes" or "No" to and wanted to make certain I was not signing up for something I did not want so then I called. Fortunately, I got through to a person pretty easily. The person I talked to was Lavon. She was the best person I have ever talked to! She was very kind, understanding and helpful. She went above and beyond to help and signed me up for just what I wanted with the seasonal plan. She asked if there was anything else so I explained what channels I watched and wanted with cable. She told me there was another plan called "News and Sports" that would give me the channels I watched and not some of the ones I never watch, but have been paying for. I only get Social Security and have some savings so I appreciated her telling me about this plan that will save me $10 a month and she got me signed up for it. She was so wonderful and made it so easy for me, answered all my questions and was sincerely helpful. It was so refreshing to talk to her and I appreciate so much after usually having such a hard time getting to even talk to a person or do something online. She is outstanding! I wanted to let you know and I hope you will recognize her for the great person she is and job she did. I wish every person I talked to was like Lavon. She made my experience so pleasant and easy. We were in the xfinity store on S. Colorado Blvd in order to get assistance activating our phones which were purchased at the Apple Store, but could not be activated at the Apple Store. The situation was much more complicated because we had, on our own, just signed up for the pre-pay service plan, a third party provider of phone service. (mistake!!) Our plan needed to be discontinued and then set up again before our phones could be activated. Jerray was the staff who assisted us and we couldn't be more appreciative. He was knowledgeable, patient, diligent, very personable and kind. Our thanks to xfinity for having such skilled staff and especially to Jerray for being providing us with such fantastic support.
