I want to commend Ness

Ness helped me with my service since my speeds became drastically slower after some work was done in the area last week. She did everything she could on her end and when it didn't solve the problem she set me up an appointment with a technician for this upcoming Friday. She went above and beyond by offering a credit due to the extremely slow speeds over the last week. I wish there were a million of her helping out in customer service because she made the entire experience so easy. Thank you Ness!!
