I appreciate your great customer service, Wesley!

Today I visited the Xfinity store located at 1390 S Colorado Blvd, Unit 180, Denver, CO 80222, and had the pleasure of being assisted by the manager, Wesley. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received.

Wesley was incredibly patient and empathetic as I explained the issue I was having with my mobile phone plan. He took the time to listen to my story and made every effort to resolve my concerns. Thanks to his attentive attitude and patience, my issue was quickly and efficiently resolved.

Wesley’s dedication to providing outstanding customer service truly made a difference, and I feel it’s important that his efforts are acknowledged. He is a valuable asset to your team, and I wanted to ensure he knows how much his help was appreciated.
