Huge Kudos to Catt

Catt was so amazing and thorough in helping me disconnect a service I was no longer using. Also, she was able to help me take advantage of a promotion to get a free phone line with Xfinity mobile. On top of everything, she called me back to check on everything and see if I needed anything else or wanted to add another line for anyone. What an amazing asset to Xfinity! I wish I could get her as a rep every time!
