How to speak to a supervisor to leave a review?

Hi this is Lisa [Edited: "Personal Information"] I've been a customer with you guys for about 6 years I came into a situation that I moved sold my home transferring my service and it literally took 3 weeks before I got to the right person named Carlene I asked where she was from she said Colorado that lady literally was on the phone with me for an hour and a half getting me to the right people talking about my account the situation I was in literally had to get off the account because we weren't and  couldn't get anywhere due to the fact that errors and all that stuff she literally let me go and called me back on her shift the very next day and got me a complete reassigned and install with a person who can do my alarm system my TV system my internet and you need to literally have this lady be up on the top board and give her extra money or something because as long as I've been with you guys I have never had the treatment like I had the good treatment with Carlene so I really hope he gets what she needs for all of her work her dedication her customer service and just downright being a good person and a good-hearted person at that so I thank you from the bottom of my heart curling for helping me and I hope you get the recommendation and at least something for all the hard work you did for me yesterday it was June 8th and the 7th 2025 this lady was helping me for 2 days so thank you very much Carlene and I hope it is infinity maybe can do something for you little special and I know that it meant a lot to me that you were right there for me thank you so much sincerely your customer who's staying with you do to Carlene helping me and getting a service guy or girl to be here on the 10th of June to put my system in so please Comcast can you do anything special for her cause I was going to go with Brighthouse or AT&T cause of all the [Edited: "Language"] one of the installation man was supposed been to my place on Saturday June 7 between 1 and 3 but never showed up or called or anything he just took himself off the service of putting my system in and didn't give a [Edited: "Language"] about my time I took out of my schedule to be here for him and he never called show up or even took time to let me know anything I had to call and that's when I got this wonderful lady she kept me staying with you guys she helped every which way she could and kept her promise she would help me to the end and get something done for me she did and she got me an appointment for the 10th and this service person im hopefully thinking is getting my whole service put in i pay like 385.00 a month to you guys I sure think I should have some good help and I didn't until  Carlene helped me so please let her know I really appreciated every single thing she did for me you guys need more like her to work for you guys Xfinity Comcast thank you so much Carlene for your help and your service you did for me.
