How do i get the status of a post wire ticket

I have had a faulty internet line for a while, had a couple Xfinity techs do checks on the internet and wire the last one gave me a ticket for a rewire job on the line, but it doesn't appear on my xfinity profile and i have yet to find a way to see its status Ticket# P26JUN0313560200000BPICAR619BP  if anyone is able to help get me some more info, it would be nice to have functional internet.
