Great support and a great technician

I’d like to commend the two people I have interacted with so far at XFINITY. As a new customer, who has had numerous bad experiences with other ISPs, I gotta say that I’m genuinely impressed. I contacted support via text and was connected with agent Sakshi, who is the MOST kind and patient support agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Sakshi quickly, and efficiently, helped me troubleshoot my issue and made an appointment for a tech to come and fix it. I expressed my thanks and we had a very nice conversation afterwards. Sakshi has an amazing, warm, and friendly personality that can’t be beat. 

The tech that arrived for the appointment, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was the epitome of a good technician. He was prompt, very friendly, and followed the trend of working quickly and efficiently. The guy knew what he was doing and he carried himself as such; I had full faith and confidence in his ability. He needs to be commended as well for the amazing service my wife and I received. 

If things keep going this way I think XFINITY may have locked me in as a lifetime customer. Genuinely impressed with XFINITY’s customer service. Thank you for the amazing service I’ve received so far
