Great patience in Elkhart

This is a compliment to the Comcast store staff in Elkhart, IN. I visited the store today and observed a customer service representative very kindly and patiently working with an older gentleman who appeared to have been scammed by a fake Xfinity call. The older man was very insistent he’d done things appropriately and had spoken to an actual Xfinity staffer. I’m afraid the older man has little to no understanding of how to navigate the web much less use his phone. So, a shoutout to this staffer who was doing his best to be of service and repair relationships damaged by scammers. Also, I observed all staff behaving very respectfully with their customers and was impressed.
