great customer service
over the last few months i have been having nothing but problems with my xfinity plans and billing. i have been lied to so many times, and have had so many employees give me the runaround, promising callbacks and promising to escalate my case to a supervisor and never following through. i have spent countless hours on the phone trying to resolve my issue with no luck and today was truly a last ditch effort before i just cancelled my service completely. but today for the first time, in the years that i’ve been an xfinity customer, i received immaculate customer service and actually had my issue FINALLY resolved, both quickly and professionally. i believe her name was Kimberly, she works in the internet service department, possibly in billing? feel free to contact me for more information if you can’t figure out who i’m talking about because i feel she really deserves recognition. she saved yall a customer today, as i would have most definitely cancelled my service if it wasn’t for her. she was friendly, quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and SO helpful. miss kimberly deserves her accolades and deserves a raise or a promotion or something. thank you again ma’am!!
