Great Customer Service

I was connected with Sanjay on July 10th at approximately 12:40pm EST when I had an issue with my bill. Trying to call the 1-800 customer service line was incredibly frustrating, but connecting with Sanjay over the Xfinity assistant chat was very easy. They were incredibly kind and helpful in resolving my issue, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the service. I want to make sure their wonderful customer service is recognized.
