Great Customer Service JULES

Want someone to know what great customer service we received from JULES on 8/7/2025 at 11:30a.m. After 4 previous attempts to have our voicemail account pin reset over 2 and a half months Jules was able to help us in less than 2 minutes. She was patient and actually listened to our problem and treat us a people and not part of a flow chart.
