Great Customer Service Experience!

I contacted Xfinity customer service this morning & got an awesome Xfinity representative named Tommy.  From the minute he answered the phone, he was friendly & pleasant.  He listened attentively to my concerns & had a genuine desire to help resolve them.  By the end of the phone call, my issue was taken care of.  I sincerely appreciated Tommy’s patience & help.
